Qualifications

• Experience conducting systems analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping in enterprise contexts.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical design and documentation.
• Proven ability to maintain traceability between requirements and design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements sessions with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
• Map current-state system landscapes, data flows, and business processes with precision.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system behavior documentation.
• Identify gaps, integration needs, and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements and technical design.
• Collaborate with solution architects to validate understanding of requirements.
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria to support UAT.
