Job summary

Quix is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical lead on complex enterprise engagements, translating ambiguous requirements into clear designs that engineering teams can implement.

You will drive discovery sessions, design architectures for integration and security, produce documentation, and stay engaged through delivery to ensure reliable outcomes across business, IT, and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or senior technical lead role.
• Breadth across cloud infrastructure, application architecture, integration patterns, and data systems.
• Ability to produce clear, well-structured architecture documentation and technical artifacts.
• Experience engaging with enterprise clients across business, IT, and executive audiences.
• Sound judgment on technology selection, build vs. buy decisions, and delivery risk management.
• Comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments with multiple constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand system landscapes, constraints, and objectives.

• Produce architecture documentation: solution briefs, component diagrams, data flow maps, and decision records.

This role is for someone who can sit at the intersection of business context, technical constraints, and delivery reality — translating ambiguous requirements into clear, implementable solution designs that engineering and implementation teams can execute with confidence.

Nice to Have

• Architecture certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF.

• Background in both greenfield design and legacy modernization engagements.
