Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in MIS,Commerce,Business Analysis, CS, or related; CMA/MBA asset.
• Broad experience applying analysis methods across business functions.
• Strong understanding of methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience in systems analysis, requirements management, design support, data analysis, and testing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for work with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business stakeholders and tech teams to understand objectives and design analytics and reporting solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements via interviews, workshops, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Systems Architects and Developers to achieve client objectives through technology.
• Define data mappings aligned with enterprise data platform standards.
• Document integration requirements, business processes, database needs, and API mappings.
• Write PL/SQL queries to support data validation and test data setup.
• Provide production support for back-office systems and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Identify data quality gaps and support resolution activities.
• Document high-level designs, system interactions, and end-to-end data flows.
• Prepare test plans and validate results to ensure delivered functionality meets requirements.
