Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Systems and Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that combines desktop support, systems administration, and cloud technology management. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting end-user issues, managing cloud-based systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure.

Desktop & End-User Support (60%)

1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and user-related issues.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues on Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
3. Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
4. Assist users with cloud-based productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365.
5. Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) accounts, permissions, and group policies.
6. Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and ensure timely upgrades and replacements.

Systems Administration & Cloud Support (40%)

1. Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure uptime and security.
2. Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and other cloud platforms.
3. Administer cloud-based applications.
4. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
5. Assist with identity and access management (IAM), security configurations, and compliance.
6. Collaborate with the security team to ensure adherence to best practices for endpoint security, including Defender and EDR solutions.
7. Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and IT policies.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
3. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, or other cloud platforms.
4. Knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, VLANs, and other related technologies.
5. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and cloud environments.
6. Experience with Active Directory, M365, and user management.
7. Understanding of endpoint security solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender, EDR, SIEM tools).
8. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
9. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or AWS Certified, Oracle Cloud Practitioner are a plus.
