Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Systems and Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that combines desktop support, systems administration, and cloud technology management. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting end-user issues, managing cloud-based systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure

Desktop & End-User Support (60%)

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and user-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues on Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and enterprise applications
  • Assist users with cloud-based productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365
  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) accounts, permissions, and group policies
  • Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and ensure timely upgrades and replacements


Systems Administration & Cloud Support (40%)

  • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure uptime and security
  • Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and other cloud platforms
  • Administer cloud-based applications
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
  • Assist with identity and access management (IAM), security configurations, and compliance
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure adherence to best practices for endpoint security, including Defender and EDR solutions
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and IT policies


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, or other cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, VLANs, and other related technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and cloud environments
  • Experience with Active Directory, M365, and user management
  • Understanding of endpoint security solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender, EDR, SIEM tools)
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or AWS Certified, Oracle Cloud Practitioner are a plus
