Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Lévis, Canada, seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to operate and administer virtual environments, ensuring performance, stability and security.

The role requires hands-on Windows expertise, Citrix familiarity, ITIL incident/problem/change proficiency, vulnerability management, networking knowledge and Azure Virtual Desktop skills, plus good English. You will work with cross-functional teams and document configurations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in virtual environments.
• Master Windows environments.
• Experience with Citrix.
• Experience in ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and environmental security.
• Understanding of networks (connectivity and security).
• Experience with ServiceNow or an ITSM tool.
• Knowledge of PowerShell (asset).
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) (asset).
• Proficiency in intermediate English (asset).
• Knowledge of virtualization solutions (asset).

• Demonstrate a good understanding of networks (connectivity, security).
