Job Description

Position: Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Intermediate

Assignment Type: Hybrid (3 Days onsite / 2 days remote)

Must Haves:

• Solid experience with triaging defects, participating and leading triage meetings, and producing defect summary reports.
• Extensive experience performing regression testing manually and with automation scripts.
• 5-10 years of experience with various testing types: black box testing, penetration testing, security testing, system testing, unit testing, AODA, and UAT testing.
• Experience in preparing detailed test cases to test functionality.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Experience & Skill Set 30%

• Experience with defect triage, leading meetings, and report generation.
• Creating test cases and scenarios in Azure DevOps.
• 5+ years developing automation test scripts with multiple tools.
• Automation and manual testing, including regression testing.
• Experience with load testing.
• Experience with front-end development tools (Java, Angular JS) and accessibility recommendations.
• Knowledge of UX design and architecture.
• Bi-lingual testing experience is a strong asset.

QA Experience: 35%

• 5-10 years of experience with DevOps/Agile/Scrum methodologies, Web and Mobile technologies, and different OS/Platforms.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and creating test data.
• Proven bug identification and documentation skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for test case creation and tracking.
• Test automation experience, including scripting and execution.
• Experience with system and UAT testing, including client interaction.

Automation Testing/Technical Experience: 35%

• Functional and regression testing with automation tools.
• Generating test data via DB queries/model analysis.
