Essential Responsibilities:

1. Understand and enhance business processes using our low-code platforms.
2. Develop applications: build tables, create fields, forms, and establish relationships.
3. Create reports and dashboards to provide operational metrics for business leaders.
4. Critically assess user requests and evaluate their impact on existing functionalities.
5. Optimize and improve system setup and workflows.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
7. Train and guide users to elevate their skills and adopt best practices.
8. Gather clear and concise requirements for user requests and coordinate development, testing, acceptance, and handoff processes.

Qualifications:

1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
3. Effective communication and collaboration skills for team and independent work.
4. Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including application specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
5. Quickbase Expert Certification is an asset.
6. Construction coordination background is an asset.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid position requiring in-office presence several times per week.
