You are a System Solution Developer looking to contribute your expertise and enable projects by delivering and supporting technical solutions through application development on low-code platforms (e.g., Quickbase, Power BI). You have experience with development, troubleshooting, and support. Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Understand and enhance business processes with the use of our low-code platforms.
  2. Develop applications: table building, field creation, forms, and relationships.
  3. Create reports and dashboards to provide operational metrics for business leaders.
  4. Critically assess user requests and discern their impact on existing functionality.
  5. Optimize and improve system setup and workflows.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by users.
  7. Elevate user skills through hands-on training and guidance on best practices.
  8. Gather requirements for user requests clearly and concisely. Coordinate development, testing, acceptance, and handoff between users and the development team.
Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation, including application specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Quickbase Expert Certification is an asset.
  • Construction coordination background is an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid position - required to be in the office several times per week.
