Essential Responsibilities:

• Understand and enhance business processes using our low-code platforms.
• Develop applications: table building, field creation, forms, and relationships.
• Create reports and dashboards to provide operational metrics for business leaders.
• Critically assess user requests and evaluate their impact on existing functionality.
• Optimize and improve system setup and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
• Enhance user skills through hands-on training and guidance on best practices.
• Gather requirements clearly for user requests and coordinate development, testing, acceptance, and handoff between users and the development team.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work both independently and within a team.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including application specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Quickbase Expert Certification is an asset.
• Construction coordination background is an asset.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid position—required to be in the office several times per week.
