Job summary

FOP CONSULTANTS is seeking System Owners to ensure operation, stability and evolution of technology platforms, supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in line with Santé Québec guidelines.

The role requires a decade of IT experience and five years as a System Owner, with proficiency in frameworks like Scrum/SAFe and tools such as Azure DevOps. Bilingual French/English required, with remote/hybrid/on-site options.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, management or related discipline.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a System Owner.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Hold Agile certifications (asset): PSM I/CSM/A-CSM/PSM II/PSPO/SAFe Scrum Master, etc.
• Hold Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert or Dynamics 365/MS 365 fundamentals (assets).
• Hold PMP or PMI-ACP (asset).
• Experience delivering a strategic mandate (asset) and in large Canadian orgs.
• Language: French and English.

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for System Owners motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to ensure the operation, stability and evolution of technology platforms, support continuous delivery in line with Santé Québec’s DevOps practices, and act as the technical reference for Dynamics and the DevOps pipelines

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.

• Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
• Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps
• Hold one of the following Agile certifications (an asset): PSM I, CSM, A-CSM, PSM II, PSPO, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFE Agilist 6, ICE-AC, etc.
• Hold one of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-901), Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900).
• Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): PMP, PMI-ACP
• Experience delivering a strategic mandate (an asset).
• Experience in large Canadian public or private organizations.
• Language: French and English
