Job summary

FOP CONSULTANTS is seeking System Owners to ensure operation, stability and evolution of technology platforms, supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in line with Santé Québec guidelines.

The role requires a decade of IT experience and five years as a System Owner, with proficiency in frameworks like Scrum/SAFe and tools such as Azure DevOps. Bilingual French/English required, with remote/hybrid/on-site options.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, management or related discipline.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a System Owner.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Hold Agile certifications (asset): PSM I/CSM/A-CSM/PSM II/PSPO/SAFe Scrum Master, etc.
• Hold Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert or Dynamics 365/MS 365 fundamentals (assets).
• Hold PMP or PMI-ACP (asset).
• Experience delivering a strategic mandate (asset) and in large Canadian orgs.
• Language: French and English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain application platforms, including Dynamics.
• Ensure availability, performance and security of environments.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Automate operations and deployments.
• Support releases and stabilization.
• Manage post-deployment incidents and fixes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security and architecture.
• Document practices.
