The Role

• Managing the Systems Engineering Team within TMO, focusing on requirements, safety, and system assurance
• Developing and establishing processes and procedures for the team
• Interfacing with TDT and ONx LPP Teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering and Assurance in Rail Systems
• PEng or eligible, INCOSE certification
• Experience developing and implementing various Systems Engineering Plans
• Experience working with designers, suppliers, safety assessors, and auditors
• Thorough understanding of Railway Systems and their integration
