Job summary

Artech L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to define system architecture and translate customer needs into technical specifications for EV charging products.

You will develop verification plans, lead V&V activities, and drive system integration across hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, and product teams. The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to standards (SAE J1772, IEC 61851, ISO 15118, OCPP, UL, CSA), and strong expertise in power electronics and energy systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Electrical Systems Engineering experience.
• Strong background in power electronics, power conversion, or electrical power systems.
• Experience with EV charging, BESS, renewable energy, solar, or microgrids.
• Strong knowledge of requirements management, system architecture, integration, and V&V.
• Experience with DOORS, Polarion, or Jama is an asset.
• V2G/V2X, OCPP, ISO 15118, DFMEA, UL/CSA, and NEC/NFPA experience is an asset.
