Job summary

Elexicon Energy is seeking a System Control Centre Co-Op Student in Ajax for a 12–16 month placement. You will support data querying, analysis, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a post-secondary Electrical Engineering or Technician program with a focus on Power Systems, or Sustainable Energy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and perform duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist in querying, gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to meet regulatory requirements and improve business unit effectiveness.
Query data and extract information for consolidation.
Develop reports and presentations for the business unit to support decision making.
Support the administrative duties of the Supervisor, SCC.
Other duties as outlined by the Supervisor, SCC.
