Ahria Consulting is pleased to partner with Dale Brain Injury Services (DBIS) in their search for a collaborative and solutions-focused GoldCare Administrator to help optimize the systems that support staff, clients, and service delivery. DBIS is a respected not-for-profit organization providing community-based rehabilitation and support services to individuals and families living with the effects of acquired brain injury throughout Southwestern Ontario.

This is not a traditional IT systems administrator role.

We're looking for someone who understands how technology can improve workflows, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and service delivery within a community healthcare or human services environment. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & Information Systems, you’ll serve as our primary resource for GoldCare administration, training, reporting, user support, and ongoing system improvement.

What You'll Do
  • Administer and optimize GoldCare to support client records, scheduling, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting support to employees across the organization.
  • Develop reports and support data-informed decision making.
  • Collaborate with leaders, frontline staff, and external vendors to improve workflows and system functionality.
  • Support information management, privacy, security, and compliance initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
  • Experience working in a community healthcare, rehabilitation, home care, developmental services, long-term care, mental health, or other human services environment.
  • Experience supporting or administering electronic client records, scheduling, workforce management, or service delivery systems such as GoldCare, Procura, AlayaCare, or similar platforms.
  • Strong business analysis and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational effectiveness.
  • Experience training and supporting users with varying levels of technical experience.
  • An understanding of client records management, documentation standards, privacy requirements, and compliance within a regulated environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel occasionally throughout the service region.
