You will perform financial analysis, assist with pitch materials, and help deliver financing solutions for M&A, LBOs, and project financings. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a finance mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in investment banking or related fields.
• University degree in business/commerce, economics, STEM, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data visualization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and due diligence for credit-related financing transactions.
• Support origination, structuring, and execution of syndicated loan financings.
• Monitor credit market themes and prepare market research.
• Assist with pitch books, responses to RFPs, and client materials.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated financing solutions.
