Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sync licensing, music supervision, publishing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the music/media industry, particularly in sync licensing, royalties, and copyright.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in metadata systems, asset management, and audio delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Workflow & Financial Administration: invoicing, expense tracking, PO creation, vendor setup, and reconciling marketing spend.
  • Deal Pipeline & Contract Management: maintain a real-time database of licensing workflows and filing system for audits.
  • Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics: generate real-time spend trackers and KPI reports to guide planning.
  • Client, Artist Relations & Strategic Licensing: manage pitches, requests, clearances, metadata, asset delivery, and relationship building.
  • Creative Pitching & Asset Operations: curate playlists, pitch narratives, and manage tagging and asset fulfillment.
  • Operational & Revenue Generation: align priority releases with client needs and coordinate cross-functional requests.
