Job summary

Resolute Digital, a Weber Shandwick Company, seeks an SVP, Finance to partner with agency leadership and provide strategic financial and operational leadership across Omnicom Public Relations Canada. The role reports to the CEO, OPR Canada & Mexico and the CFO, Golin Ketchum, and sits in Toronto with a three‑day in‑office hybrid schedule.

The SVP will lead the finance team, guide senior leaders on performance, oversee budgets/forecasts, and drive profitability and cash management across Weber

Qualifications

15+ total years of experience with increasing responsibilities.
Experience leading a finance function in a complex business environment.
Direct experience working with senior leaders and managing staff.
Experience in the communications industry or similar service companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, mentorship and counsel to the finance team.
Advise senior leaders on financial and operational performance.
Oversee budget and forecasting processes with timely reporting.
Drive financial performance through analysis of utilization, profitability and working capital.
Ensure accurate billing and cost controls, and support vendor integrity.
