Arc’teryx is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge technology and business teams, focusing on DPP, PLM, and ERP integrations. The role blends requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvements within a Sustainability Technology team in North Vancouver, with hybrid remote options for eligible candidates in Canada.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of BA experience in agile settings, strong communication, and a passion for scalable solutions in apparel/sustainability contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on agile projects involving PLM/ERP/SaaS.
• Experience delivering end-to-end system implementations (requirements, config, testing, deployment, change).
• Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels and documentation.
• Strong organization to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate needs into specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create visuals, process flows, and system documentation for analysis and QA.
• Identify and propose business process improvements.
• Serve as SME for Digital Product Passport (DPP) and related platforms, including config and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to validate data and support upgrades.
• Support integrations between DPP, PLM, ERP, and other systems.
• Validate data quality and end-to-end data flows for regulatory compliance.
• Execute testing and assist with troubleshooting and vendor escalation.
• Create documentation and support change management through training and demos.
