Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager specialized in Sustainable Building design & construction to join our Sustainability Consulting team in Toronto. You will work on industry-changing sustainability projects, collaborating with clients and vendors, and supporting LEED/WELL certification efforts.

You will apply your knowledge of commercial real estate operations, sustainability, energy management, and construction to deliver high-impact projects while developing new skills and

Qualifications

1-3 years’ experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management or energy efficiency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Support and manage sustainability projects related to new construction and existing building operations
Develop reports and memos communicating technical details, processes and actions
Interact with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions and manage project documentation
Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects and track sustainability metrics
Assist in achieving green building certifications (LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon, etc.)
Demonstrate proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
