You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing client‑focused sustainability, climate and social value strategies, ensuring measurable, purpose‑led outcomes.
• Delivering commercial targets by translating project objectives into effective, value‑driven sustainability solutions.
• Providing technical expertise, drive innovation, support bids and raise Mace’s external profile.
• Guiding and developing teams while championing net‑zero ambitions and sharing sector knowledge.

You’ll Need To Have

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Expertise across environmental and social sustainability.
• Project or programme management capability.Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
