Wage: $37.00-$39.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Define service standards and implement operational procedures that support consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff while upholding company policies and performance expectations
- Develop and manage work schedules, monitor staff productivity, and conduct ongoing performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels, track revenues and labour costs, making operational adjustments when required
- Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the establishment
- Negotiate and maintain agreements with suppliers to secure reliable and cost-effective food and supply orders
- Assist in financial management by monitoring daily sales, preparing operational reports, and contributing to budgeting and cost control measures
- Maintain updated records of licenses such as liquor, food safety, etc.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote restaurant offers and events and enhance customer retention
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required, and Hospitality or food and beverage service management program/degree preferred.
