Hello Nori Signature at Park Royal is hiring a Hand Roll & Sushi Crew Member. You’ll work across hand rolls, maki, and nigiri, rotating between counter and sushi line as service requires. No experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to build skills across the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion fish, rice, and ingredients to Hello Nori Quality Assurance standards.
• Roll and plate hand rolls, maki, and nigiri across service.
• Apply proper knife technique, rice seasoning, and ingredient handling.
• Rotate between the hand roll counter and sushi line as service requires.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and food safety standards on your station.
