GardaWorld is seeking a Surveillance Security Guard in Kingston, Nova Scotia. You will provide continuous surveillance in a controlled environment, perform wellness checks, and document observations with accuracy.

The role requires handling high-pressure situations with sound judgment, maintaining security protocols, and reporting risks promptly. Training is provided through GardaWorld Campus, and benefits begin after probation.

Qualifications

• Federal Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance required.
• Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Background in law enforcement, police services, corrections, or care for vulnerable persons is an asset.
• Professionalism, discipline, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide continuous surveillance of persons in a controlled environment.
• Perform wellness checks at 15 minute intervals.
• Identify and report risk situations or medical concerns.
• Respond professionally, calmly, and in compliance during sensitive situations.
• Accurately complete official documentation and observation reports.
