Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a part-time Surveillance Operator in Campbell River, Canada. The role requires monitoring gaming areas and property with audio and video equipment, reporting unusual activity and potential fraud, and assisting investigations. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are available.

• Casino surveillance experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, record, document and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Identify fraud and take appropriate action required by law and company policy.
• Monitor compliance and protect company assets and gaming integrity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs, gather and submit information for detailed reporting.
• Assist with investigations.

We are seeking a professional, reliable and committed Surveillance Operator who will ensure that laws, regulations and policies are followed by monitoring tables for any rule infractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Use audio and video equipment to maintain continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and property.
