Hourly wage ranges from $28.16 to $30.42 per hour, with bonus opportunities. Applicants should have a valid First Aid certificate, strong literacy and numeracy, and a willingness to work in a challenging

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Sufficient language, literacy and numeracy to perform all tasks.
• Labor background is an asset.
• Exposure to diamond drilling environments is an asset.
• Fitness for Duty program standards.
• Common Core is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Safety is PARAMOUNT in our business; follow policies, procedures and law at all times.
• Safely perform duties, protect equipment and co-workers.
• Maintain site equipment to optimize life and performance.
• Assist in training Driller Assistants in a safe environment.
• Be physically fit for work and follow supervisor instructions.
• Work safely, follow EHS policies, manage risks.
• Provide basic first aid when needed and monitor safety.
• Support drilling operations: handle rods/tools, collect samples, mix fluids, perform basic maintenance.
• Operate non-drilling equipment as required and maintain records.
