St.Amant is seeking Support Workers to provide community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This role involves residential or support tasks aligned with our mission, promoting dignity, autonomy, and personal outcomes.
Responsibilities include monitoring health, daily living support, and advocacy. The team collaborates with clinicians, families, and staff to ensure safe, person-centered care in a bilingual context where applicable.
This posting is used to create a pool of applicants for various Support Worker positions within the Supported Independent Living program (SIL)
**Rotations are Biweekly - Fixed Schedule**
Week 1 - Example: Week of September 21, October 05, October 19 and so on
Week 2 - Example: Week of September 28, October 12, October 26 and so on
A. East Elmwood/Gateway Area – 18 hours biweekly:
Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 12:00-15:00
Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 12:00-15:00
B. East Elmwood/Gateway Area – 21 hours biweekly: Sleepover position from 23:00-06:00 + morning hours from 06:00-09:00
C. East Close to Henderson HWY – 15 hours biweekly:
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 16:00-19:00, Saturday and Sunday from 14:00-17:00
