Saskatchewan Abilities Council seeks a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with disabilities achieve independent living goals and strengthen self‑support skills. You will guide daily living tasks, coordinate with healthcare and community partners, and document client progress in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities include teaching life skills, assisting with community interactions, and occasional personal care.
Location Saskatoon Branch, Based in North Battleford
Compensation Play Class 13 (range of $24.02 to $29.65 per hour) plus mileage reimbursement in accordance with SaskAbilities policy.
Under the direction of the Program Manager and Program Senior Supervisor, the Support Worker will assist individual(s) experiencing disability with individualized supports to help them achieve their independent living skills goals and increase their self-support skills.
Final Candidates are required to provide satisfactory criminal record checks including a vulnerable sector search.
