Choice Support in Basildon, Essex, is seeking full-time mental health support workers to join our dedicated team. You will provide person-centred support to individuals facing mental health challenges, promoting independence, wellbeing and recovery, and supporting daily living activities such as shopping or outings.
You will maintain accurate records, administer medications in line with policy, and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.

We are looking for full time mental health support workers to join our dedicated team in Basildon Essex. For this role you will provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, promoting independence, wellbeing and recovery. Support daily living activities, such as shopping, trips to the cinema or going for a nice walk. You will maintain accurate records, administer medication in line with policy and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.
We have 2 full time positions available, 39 hours per week.
This service is located in Basildon, Essex and has free private parking available.
This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference in individual's lives, including experienced support workers, graduates and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.
You do not need to have experience in mental health care or support work as we will provide full training and induction to support you in your new role.
