We're looking for a Support Technician who’s as passionate about client service as they are about technology.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, triaging tickets, solving tech issues, and creating smooth, supportive experiences every step of the way. This role blends technical troubleshooting, strong communication, and proactive client care.
You’ll find our office filled with thoughtful conversations, tech-savvy teamwork, and the occasional tail-wagging team member. We’re committed to excellence, continuous growth, and supporting one another daily!
