Job summary

Bulletproof InfoTech is seeking an IT Support Technician to configure, deploy, and support business-class equipment onsite and remotely, using cutting-edge tools and technologies.

You will respond to customer-reported issues, troubleshoot with your team, and assist in IT project design and delivery, while maintaining clear documentation and delivering great service across Alberta.

Qualifications
