Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) invites applications for a team member delivering exceptional beverage service at Real Sports. You will practice responsible service with Smart Serve, while following AGCO and MLSE policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Comfort with lifting 40 lbs and strong interpersonal skills help you thrive in a fast-paced sports venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• Previous bussing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.
• Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
• Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
• Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
• Act as an ambassador to Real Sports, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
• Perform service functions as the need arises.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
