Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or certification in psychology, social work, addictions, nursing, or related field is an asset; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in healthcare, addictions recovery, behavioral health, or client admissions is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage both client support and administrative duties.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Willing to work weekends and either Friday or Monday depending on the week.

SUMMARY OF WORK:

The Support Care Worker will assist guiding clients and families through the admissions process, and providing daily support, encouragement, and care as clients participate in recovery programming. SALARY RANGE:

• In accordance with the Blood Tribe Department of Health Inc. Salary Grid.
