Position Overview

Join our team as a Supply Attendant! Supply Attendants are vital to our supply chain, ensuring all clinical and support areas are adequately stocked with supplies and equipment, supporting our Supply/Logistical Services.

Rotation/Shifts

This is a casual (On-Call) position, with potential locations at Civic, General, Riverside Campus, or other TOH Satellite sites.

• Various shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.
• Availability requirements include 2/3 weekends, 8 shifts during June 1 - September 30, and 5 shifts between December 23 - January 3, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify supplies using handheld scanners, process orders, and ensure receipt into the supply system.
• Replenish stock and rotate supplies to maintain current inventory.
• Support clinical and support areas by meeting their supply and equipment needs.
• Track shortages and discrepancies, report findings, and assist in resolving supply chain issues.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D).
• Completion of "Principles of Inventory Control" or "Principles of Logistics" course from PMAC or equivalent; or one year of experience in inventory control.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
