Job summary

Labatt Breweries of Canada in Toronto is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the West Order Treatment team, processing orders, coordinating with Transportation, Warehousing, Commercial, and broader Supply Chain teams, and ensuring inventory availability.

You will build relationships with customer buyers, manage order planning, and resolve exceptions while monitoring KPIs like OTIF, service levels, and month-end volumes. This role is office-based in Toronto.

Qualifications

  • University degree and proven communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, order management or inventory planning is an asset.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with inventory availability and service expectations.
  • Cross-functional coordination with Transportation, Warehousing, Commercial and broader Supply Chain teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer buyers and key contacts through proactive collaboration.
  • Identify and resolve order exceptions, short ships, inventory constraints, and service risks.
  • Maintain daily and weekly reporting and translate data into insights for stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPI and month-end ownership including OTIF and service levels; deploy import SKUs in the West region.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder management to process customer orders, coordinate execution, and collaborate on ordering decisions, supporting service excellence and healthy inventory levels across customer sites.Order Treatment Execution : Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with inventory availability, transportation capacity, and service expectations.Cross-Functional Coordination : Partner closely with Transportation, Warehousing, Commercial, and broader Supply Chain teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customer buyers and key contacts through effective order planning, strong communication, and proactive collaboration.Stakeholder Management : Serve as a key point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, constraints, and action plans.Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve order exceptions, short ships, inventory constraints, and service risks to minimize disruption and maintain service levels.Reporting & Analysis : Maintain daily and weekly reporting related to order treatment and translate data into clear insights and actions for stakeholders.KPI & Month-End Ownership : Monitor and manage key order treatment KPIs, including service level, OTIF, and WPS. Ensure that month-end closes align with committed volumes.Imports Deployment : In addition to core order treatment responsibilities, own the deployment of import SKUs across the West region.
