The Supply Chain Trainee Program is designed for graduates passionate about the intricacies of supply chain management, operations, and strategic problem-solving,offeringan exceptional opportunity to dive into our dynamiclogisticsenvironment.This program is your gateway to a rewarding careerbeing a leaderin our Supply Chain team!
Program will begin September 2027

The SCTP program spans 8-months, providingcomprehensiveand immersive experiencesacross variousLogisticsareas with exposure to various operational sites, includingone of our major breweries,andwarehouse facilities.
You’llbe exposed toimmersive job shadowing,learningabout the specific operational processes,includinghow to lead a frontline team during shift to solve problems proactively.You will also work on a strategic business project throughout theduration of your program with the opportunity to present toSupply ChainLeadership.
Following the program,you will continue to build your Labatt journey with placement at one of our Warehouses across Canada as a Group Manager.

Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering, Business,Sciencesor a related field
Must have graduatedfrom an undergraduate degreein the last 2 years; 2025, 2026oranticipatedgraduation no later than September 2027.
Mobility: Must be willing and eligible torelocate. Relocation support may apply depending on location.

No formal work experience isrequired.Previousinternship experience is a plus.
Our Warehouses are 24/7 -363 dayayear facilitieswhich may require alternating shift work for participants who enter the program. Program participants must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime.
