Job summary

Labatt Breweries of Canada is offering a 15-week People (HR) Internship in Toronto, with five days per week in the office. The program provides onboarding, leadership development workshops, and exposure to senior leaders through networking and a final project presentation.

You will lead a strategic HR project across Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Rewards, Labour Relations, or People Operations, while collaborating with multiple HR teams to broaden your understanding of core People

Qualifications

• Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate degree.
• Returning to school in September 2027.
• Ability to work legally in Canada.

INTERNSHIP SPECIFICATIONS:

• Lead a strategic project within the HR domain, focusing on areas such as Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Rewards, Labour Relations, or People Operations.

• Take ownership and deliver impactful results that align with business objectives, leveraging the perspective and expertise of the People team.

• Gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of the People function by collaborating and liaising with stakeholders across multiple HR teams.

• Deepen your understanding of core People processes and programs, enhancing your knowledge of best practices in HR.

• Work alongside a collaborative team of HR professionals who will support your professional development and help you achieve your career goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• In their 2nd or 3rdyear of an Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree, studying Engineering, Business, or a related field, and returning to school in September 2027.

• Graduating in December 2027 or later

• Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec)

• Can legally work in Canada

• Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ everywhere else)

• Geographical & Functional mobility for your future Full‑time position is a requirement – open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada
