Job summary

SECURE is seeking a Supply Chain and Procurement Student to support key services across Technical Services, Operations, and Sales. Based in the Brookfield Office in downtown Calgary, Alberta, the role focuses on capital and operations projects within the wider supply chain function.

You will work in a collaborative team, handling vendor management, P2P processes in ERP, and reporting while traveling to field locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Supply Chain Management.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing requests from Waste Management and Energy Infrastructure.
• Produce expediting and receiving reports, trace shipments, expedite undelivered goods, and resolve problems.
• Create and manage procure-to-pay processes in the ERP system for projects.
• Vendor management compliance for on-site, off-site and SAAS vendors.
• Maintain and manage the master vendor list in the ERP system.
