Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Ltd is seeking a Procurement Process & Systems Analyst to join our Calgary Head Office. This project-focused role improves procurement processes, documents workflows, and supports system enhancements using Oracle Fusion and SharePoint.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive user adoption, prepare training materials, and ensure effective process documentation. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in ERP

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and SharePoint.
• Strong writing, documentation, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to clearly explain business processes and IS solutions to all levels of the organization.
• Certifications such as ISM, CIPS, PMP, or Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support procurement system and process enhancements, including requirements gathering, mapping, testing, and user adoption activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, training materials, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on procurement processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate solutions and achieve project objectives.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong organization and accountability.
