Description du poste

• Lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives, including category management, supplier performance programs, and compliance frameworks.
• Establish procurement centers of excellence and streamline supplier networks through rationalization and relationship management.
• Support strategic planning through market intelligence, integrated delivery models, and commercial strategy development.
• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle—from market engagement and tendering to contract negotiation and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across commercial, technical, and operational areas.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain tools, processes, and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, including SOX where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience; experience in nuclear or other regulated industries is preferred but not required.
• Proven success in procurement transformation and strategic sourcing.
• Strong ERP (SAP preferred) and data analytics skills (SQL, Python, or VBA).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kincardine three days per week.
