Job summary

Canpotex seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator in Saskatoon to support integrated supply and inventory planning within the S&OP framework. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of integrated supply and inventory plans within the S&OP process.
  • Monitor inventory positions across the supply chain and identify risks, imbalances, and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Complete inventory, shipment, billing, and sales reconciliations to support reporting and decision‑making.
  • Analyze supply chain data to support inventory positioning, corridor balancing, and grade distribution decisions.
  • Collaborate with Canpotex stakeholders to maintain alignment to the supply and inventory plan.
  • Support scenario analysis and planning by evaluating constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Maintain data integrity across planning and operational systems as a single source of truth.
  • Identify and support process improvements related to supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP workflows.
  • Prepare reports and materials to support S&OP meetings and cross‑functional reviews.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, Sales & Operations Planning you’ll:
  • Support the development and maintenance of integrated supply and inventory plans within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Monitor inventory positions across the supply chain and identify risks, imbalances, and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Complete inventory, shipment, billing, and sales reconciliations to support accurate supply chain reporting and decision‑making.
  • Analyze supply chain data to support inventory positioning, corridor balancing, and grade distribution decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Canpotex to maintain alignment to the supply and inventory plan.
  • Support scenario analysis and planning activities by evaluating supply chain constraints, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Maintain data integrity across planning and operational systems, ensuring a single source of truth.
  • Identify and support process improvement opportunities related to supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP workflows.
  • Prepare reports, recommendations, and materials to support S&OP meetings and cross‑functional reviews.
You’ll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Applied Science or Business with two to five years of related experience.
  • Experience with supply chain modelling, financial modelling, or data mining is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work non‑traditional business hours as required.
