Right now: We build modern irrigation automation for every grower. We do that by building and deploying intelligent devices to automate farm infrastructure for irrigation, fertilization, and other operations along with the software to scalably manage it all.
You might think this is surely a solved problem. It turns out it isn’t.
By bringing agriculture into the internet and AI age, we ensure that our solutions not only solve real problems but also inspire innovation across the industry. • Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all procurement activity aligns with internal procedures and requirements.
ERP & Documentation Management
  • Accurately update and manage logistics data within the ERP system (Odoo), including purchase orders, deliveries, and receipts
  • Ensure documentation (invoices, receipts, shipping manifests) is properly recorded and accessible.
Cross-Functional Communication
  • Provide timely logistics updates and delivery estimates to Account Managers and other relevant team members.
  • Relay order status changes and blockers to appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Inbound Coordination & Office Logistics
  • Track incoming purchase orders, forecast lead times, and update internal teams with accurate ETAs.
  • Support physical packing, labeling, and shipment preparation from the office when needed.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, stock locations, and internal distribution.
Your qualifications
Required

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey status updates and work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, especially when navigating shipping delays, customs issues, or vendor discrepancies.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and occasionally supporting physical shipping/pick-pack tasks onsite.
Preferred
  • Prior experience working with manufacturing partners, especially in a hardware or tech-enabled environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices and basic warehouse operations.
  • Experience estimating lead times and delivery windows for internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales or Account Management).
