The mission of the Network Support Department is to enable the seamless running of the day-to-day Supply Chain business.
THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Associate, Network Support, you will support the seamless execution of divisional and cross-functional programs and initiatives. THE ROLE
As the Associate, Network Support, you will:
Support Order & Return Fulfillment operations within our Distribution Network.
Help maximize the end-to-end customer experience from order placement to delivery at the customer's designated address.
Coordinate the resolution of escalated Customer Service Opportunities, ensuring proper controls and communication are in place.

The typical hiring range is $20–$40 CAD per hour.
