The program targets 2nd–4th year students from Engineering, Operations/Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management, and encourages leadership and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Business Management.
• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Proven leadership in academics or projects.
• Experience in operations environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Understand various supply chain functions.
• Build affiliation with peers and interact with senior leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics.
• Report findings to team and management.
• Learn to manage production staff to meet production and quality goals.
• Facilitate team meetings to achieve continuous process improvement.
• Organize and facilitate work team meetings (pre-shift, roundtables, etc.).
