Job summary

PepsiCo Canada in Lethbridge/Taber, AB is seeking a Supply Chain Co-op/Intern for a 4-month program. You will explore various supply chain functions and gain hands-on experience in production and distribution operations within PepsiCo facilities.

The role offers exposure to leading teams, data collection, time studies, and process improvement projects, with opportunities to work with hourly associates and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Business Management
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Proven people/project leadership throughout your academic career (on- or off-campus)
• Previousexperience in an operations environment (on- or off-campus; either through employment or academic clubs)is an asset but not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines
• Receive opportunities to build affiliation with associate peers and interact with senior leadership
• Assistin the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes
• Report findings to other team members and management asrequired
• Learn to manage production staff toattainproduction and quality goals
• Assistin organizing andfacilitatingteam meetings to achieve continuous process improvement
• Organize andfacilitatework team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.)
