Job summary

PepsiCo is offering a 4-month co-op work term at the Quaker Peterborough location. The program targets 2nd–4th year students enrolled in post-secondary institutions and provides exposure to manufacturing and distribution technology, process flow design, and data-driven operational improvements.

You will contribute to team-driven projects, learn to manage production staff, and develop leadership and analytical skills through real-world supply chain initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Business Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership in academic projects or student groups.
• Experience in operations environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Build affiliation with peers and interact with senior leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Work on large projects with limited supervision.
• Learn statistical modelling and reporting tools.
