Communications & Power Industries (CPI) invites a detail oriented Supplier Returns Coordinator to join our Canada-based Supply Chain team. You will coordinate the return of non-conforming materials to suppliers and support RMA activities from initiation through closure.
You will maintain return documentation, complete ERP transactions, track RMAs, and follow up with suppliers to resolve open items, while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Receiving and Purchasing.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Returns Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will coordinate the return of non-conforming materials to suppliers and support vendor Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities from initiation through closure.
Working closely with suppliers and internal teams including Quality, Engineering, Receiving, and Supply Chain, you will help ensure supplier returns are processed accurately and efficiently. You will maintain return documentation, complete ERP transactions, track outstanding RMAs, and follow up with suppliers to resolve open items.
This role also provides exposure to purchasing and procurement activities, including purchase order maintenance, expediting, and supplier follow-up, with opportunities to take on additional procurement responsibilities as your knowledge and experience develop.
