Relocation to Northern Canada Required

As a Supervisor, Warehouse, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes managing a team of warehouse workers and ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will also coordinate with other departments such as sales and marketing to meet the business needs.

Your Role:

1. Supervising and training warehouse staff, including setting performance goals and providing ongoing feedback
2. Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
3. Coordinating with departments to maintain inventory levels and fulfill orders
4. Maintaining accurate records and providing reports to stakeholders
5. Managing budgets and expenses, recommending cost savings
6. Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and follows safety protocols
7. Collaborating with the Warehouse Manager on strategies to improve operations
8. Performing other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in warehouse operations including picking, shipping, and receiving
• Leadership experience is an asset
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods is an asset
