Could you be the full-time First-Line Supervisor, Train Operations in Toronto, Ontario we’re looking for?

In this role, you’ll ensure the safe, efficient, and timely operation of train movements across the Metrolinx system, while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with operations and maintenance teams, coordinate train handling and schedules, and respond to operational challenges to ensure smooth service delivery.
You’ll specifically take care of supervising Train Operators and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards but also investigating incidents and providing training and coaching to support continuous improvement.

The expected compensation for this role is $90,000 to $125,000, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
